Refund and Cancellation Policy

Refunds for Draw It With Me, LLC (the "Company") program fees will only be considered under certain circumstances, as outlined below:

​

A full refund is available for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the program or session start date.

​

Cancellations made less than 7 days before the program or session start date may be subject to a 50% refund, depending on the circumstances.

​

No refund will be provided for cancellation 24 hours or less prior to start of program or session, except in the case of illness or emergency, or a makeup session may be scheduled as availability permits at the discretion of the Company.

​

No refunds will be provided after the program or session has commenced, except in the case of illness or emergency at the discretion of the Company.

​

If the Company cancels a program or session, participants will be entitled to a full refund or may choose to transfer to another available program or session.
